The iceberg

You might recall my report on the iceberg which is dooming many Adelie penguin chicks in Antarctica. It has blocked the food route their parents take, and the resulting lack of food may mean that most of the young this year will be lost.

NASA has a page showing an animation of the iceberg and its movements. Fascinating stuff, and deadly.
